Our Story

We are an independent, family-run estate agency based in Folkestone, built on generations of hands-on experience within the property world. Our backgrounds span estate agency, property development, and building projects of all sizes; from small renovations to larger-scale developments. This gives us a genuine, well-rounded understanding of property that goes far beyond simply buying and selling homes.

While our office hours are 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 10:am -3:00pm on Saturdays, we understand that property doesn’t always fit neatly into office hours. That’s why we’re always available to be contacted remotely, ensuring our clients feel supported whenever they need us.

We know what makes a property work, what adds value, and how to guide our clients through the process with clarity and confidence. Being independent allows us to offer a truly personal service, where every client and every property matters.

Luke Henderson

Luke brings the estate agency expertise to Hendersons Homes. A local lad through and through, he has grown up around property and developed a keen eye for spotting potential—especially when it comes to a good renovation project on the side. Luke’s knowledge of the local market, combined with his passion for property, ensures clients receive straightforward advice and a proactive approach from start to finish.

Tani brings the creative vision to Hendersons Homes as Photographer and Head of Designs. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for presenting homes at their very best, she combines strong visual storytelling with thoughtful design to showcase each property’s full potential. Tani’s creative approach ensures every listing is stylish, cohesive, and stands out in the local market.

Christine is the backbone of Hendersons Homes, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Highly organised and detail-focused, she plays a vital role in sales negotiation and progression.
